Improvement

1 mile today after work. I rode faster and was less worn out than yesterday.

I haven't mentioned food. Believe it or not before all of this I wasn't eating fast food daily or bags of chips. I was down to only about a bottle of soda a week months ago.

Since the 5th though I have been paying extra attention to portion sizes. I also haven't had a soda since then. If I'm going to swallow 200-300 calories I want more out of it than flavored water.

The #1 factor for food choices right now is limiting empty calories. I'm trying to give nutrition a priority.
